Hello! My name is Mrs. Shemeluk, and I am going to be your child's Pre K3 teacher. This will be my 13th year teaching, and my 10th year here at Saint James. Teaching is a passion of mine, and one that I enjoy and take very seriously. It is going to be a year full of fun, learning and lots of adventures.
I am a parishioner at Our Lady of Perpetual Help. I attended St. Barnabas Catholic School and Interboro High School. I graduated in 2007 and went on to receive my Bachelor's Degree from Neumann University where I majored in Early Childhood/Elementary and Special Education.
I am married to my husband, Mike. We have a son, Brayden who is 6 years old. He takes up most of my free time, but some hobbies that I enjoy are spending time with family and friends, playing sports, attending sporting events, and going on vacation.
It is my mission to instill a love of learning in my students. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns you may have. It is so important to keep communication open between us, and I would love to talk whenever you feel the need. I can be reached at [email protected].
